Jiang Atelier charges 20% of the price that the Mihuashi artist will ask for in order to cover translation fees and international transaction fees and Chinese taxes.
- We do not accept commissions under $100.
- We do not accept top up requests.
- We need to know your budget, deadline, and what artist you want to book. We cannot guarantee you will book with them if they don't have their availability listed or their prices. Some have commission requests closed too.
- We can only accept payment plans if the artist agrees to it.
- We cannot guarantee you direct communication with the artist if you do not have WeChat. Otherwise, communication will be through us through Discord or Twitter.
- We cannot guarantee the artist will be perfect with communication, work speed, or quality as these are external artists and not contracted with Jiang Atelier.
- Jiang Atelier acts as a liaison for facilitating payments, communication, file and WIP delivery, and advocating for the client.
- The client is protected by the rights of MIHUASHI only up until the commission is confirmed completed. After the commission is completed, MIHUASHI does not protect the client.
MIHUASHI REQUESTS ARE REVIEWED AND SENT ON A MONTHLY BASIS IN BATCHES! PLEASE HAVE YOUR FUNDS PREPARED TO PAY YOUR INVOICE BY THE 4TH OF EACH MONTH TO ENSURE SMOOTH WORKFLOW.
Refunds are HIGHLY UNLIKELY due to how Mihuashi bank works - it is not possible to convert CNY back to USD directly. In the rare cases we can process a refund, due to conversion fees and Chinese taxes the refund will be 70% or less of its original value. SO PLEASE BE COMMITTED BEFORE DECIDING TO PAY.
